Carlsbad campus director – 2026/2027

The Campus Director develops and oversees all campus life at a local Heart campus. The Director plays an essential role in leading campus staff and fostering strong relationships with the Heart community, including parents, students, and church leadership. This role requires a spiritually mature leader who can shepherd confidently, solve problems with biblical wisdom, and competently handle administrative and operational duties.

chemistry teacher (heart high) – 2026/2027 ​

Heart High is seeking a talented part-time teacher for 10th grade Chemistry at our San Juan Capistrano campus. The teacher is responsible for classroom instruction two mornings per week (M/W), with additional prep time, curriculum, and materials provided. Option of teaching Junior High science may also be available. In addition to alignment with our Statement of Faith, a strong commitment to distinctively Christian education is required. 

JK-8th classroom teacher – 2026/2027 

Heart Christian Academy is seeking talented part-time teachers (JK-8th grade) for the coming academic year. The teacher is responsible for classroom instruction two days per week, with additional prep time, curriculum, and materials provided. In addition to alignment with our Statement of Faith, a strong commitment to distinctively Christian education and an eagerness to support and interact with parents as primary teachers are required.
