Heart High Aide (San Juan Capistrano campus)

The Heart High Aide supports the Heart High director and campus leadership in daily campus operations and supervision of Heart High students while on campus. This part time role helps create a safe, organized, and Christ-centered environment where students are cared for spiritually, academically, and socially, actively monitoring students during all campus activities, encouraging appropriate behavior, and assisting with the smooth operation of the program. 

Managing Director (Central Team)

The Managing Director ensures operational excellence and organizational effectiveness across Heart Christian Academy. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the MD manages daily operations, internal systems, and staff. The MD acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that vision becomes reality through sound management and servant leadership. View details. 

JK-8th classroom teacher – 2026/2027 (VArious campus locations) 

Heart Christian Academy is seeking talented part-time teachers (JK-8th grade) for the coming academic year. The teacher is responsible for classroom instruction two days per week, with additional prep time, curriculum, and materials provided. In addition to alignment with our Statement of Faith, a strong commitment to distinctively Christian education and an eagerness to support and interact with parents as primary teachers are required.
