Application Procedure
In order for your student to be considered for admission to
Heart Christian Preparatory Academy, you must fill out and submit an application. New families can submit their applications beginning March 1st for the next
school year. Once your application and registration fee have been received, you will be contacted for a family interview
based on availability. Priority will be given to families according to the order in which their application
was received.
After the interview, if
Heart is a good fit for your family, a Letter of Acceptance will be emailed to you. You then have ten days to
sign and return the Acceptance Letter to secure the spot for your child.
Upon receipt of the signed Acceptance Letter, you will be emailed
a "Welcome Letter" containing important information about the upcoming school
year. At this point you are considered an official member of Heart Christian
Preparatory Academy. The registration fee is non-refundable after
this time.
Emails will be sent periodically throughout the spring and summer to keep
all families up to date and informed. There
will be a mandatory parent inservice
in August, as well as grade-level teas with the classroom teacher before school starts.
Families are encouraged to return their application as soon as possible
due to the fact that classes fill up quickly, especially in the primary grades.
An information meeting and tour are scheduled each February for prospective
families. Exact dates and times will be posted on our website after the first of the year. If you have any questions, please

Tuition for 2008-2009
Junior Kindergarten - $125/per month
K - 6th grade - $205/per month
7th -
8th grade - $225/per month

Fees
Junior Kindergarten - 1st grade is $35 per student
2nd -
8th grade is $25 per student
Parents are also responsible for purchasing
the necessary classroom supplies for their student as specified by their teacher.

Important Application Dates:
Applications due for 2008-2009 school year by:
February 27 for returning families to receive priority registration.
March 1 - June 1 for families new to the school.
Registration Fee:
Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten:
$100 per student before June 1
$125 per student after June 1
1st grade through 8th grade:
$125 per student before June 1st
$150 per student after June 1st
Children must be 4 years old by September 1st to enter the Junior Kindergarten
program and 5 years old by September 1st to enter Kindergarten.
