Application Procedure
Families new to Heart Academy can submit their applications beginning March 1st for the next
school year. Once your application and registration fee have been received, you will be contacted for a family interview
based on availability. Priority will be given to families according to the order in which their application
was received.
After the interview, if Heart is a good fit for your
family, a Letter of Acceptance will be emailed to you. You then have ten days to sign and return the Acceptance
Letter to secure the spot for your child.
Upon receipt of the signed Acceptance Letter your
registration fee becomes non-refundable and you will receive an email including a welcome letter and important information
about the upcoming school year. At this point you are considered an official member of Heart Christian Preparatory Academy.
Emails will be sent periodically throughout
the spring and summer to keep all families up to date and informed. There will be a mandatory parent inservice and class meetings
at the end of August.
Families are
encouraged to return their application as soon as possible.
An information meeting is scheduled each February for prospective families.
To begin the enrollment
process or for further questions about Heart Academy, please contact our Admissions Director, Lori Borden, at 584-2761
or at heartadmissions@cox.net
